Great Location!! Private 1/3 acre lot right in the middle of the action with easy access to all the attractions. (within 2 miles of the Parkway in Pigeon Forge.) Very close to Dollywood...you can hear the train whistle. Cabin was destoryed in a fire, but the septic and 225 ft deep well remain on the property. Seller believes overnight rentals are permitted. I have been trying to verify. Very minimal deed restrictions.
